Make the decisionwith someonein the room.

A prepared ninety-minute working session for established experts and founder-led businesses facing a launch, pivot or visibility decision. You leave with a chosen direction and a four-to-six-page Decision Brief.

If the problem is visible in your public material and you can implement alone, the Positioning & Content Audit is the smaller, cheaper answer.

These figures establish the experience behind the work. They are not results produced by an audit or an intensive, and I will not present them as though they were. Service-specific evidence follows the first completed engagements.

The problem this solves

Not a shortage of ideas.A tangle of decisions.

One decision is holding up the others, and it cannot be made from inside the business — because everyone inside it already knows too much.

  1. 01

    Several offers competing to lead

Each one is defensible. Together they ask a first-time visitor to work out the hierarchy for themselves, and most will not.

  2. 02

A founder story running separately from the company

The story earns trust in interviews and rooms. The public message does not connect it to what the business actually sells.

  3. 03

A launch or pivot with no settled message

Something is going out in the next ninety days, and the position it needs has not been chosen — only discussed.

  4. 04

Content that cannot reinforce a direction it does not have

Until something leads, every publishing decision is argued from scratch. That is exhausting and it is why consistency keeps failing.

What changes

From assembling it yourselfto knowing what leads.

Before
  • Several plausible directions and no way to choose between them.
  • Too much context held in one person's head.
  • Content that does not support a clear commercial story.
After
  • A chosen position, with the rejected alternatives recorded and why.
  • A message hierarchy in the order a buyer needs it.
  • Three to four content territories, two repeatable series and a thirty-day plan.
What you receive

Everything that arrives, and what it looks like.

  1. 01

    Pre-session review and written hypotheses

I read your public context before we meet and arrive with two or three hypotheses to test — not a verdict I intend to defend.

  2. 02

    A ninety-minute working session

Up to two attendees. Structured in six movements, from defining the decision to agreeing who owns what.

  3. 03

    The positioning decision

A clear choice about what leads and why — made in the session, not deferred to the write-up.

  4. 04

    A message hierarchy

What a buyer must understand first, why it matters, why you are credible, what is distinctive, and what action follows.

  5. 05

    Content direction

Three to four territories and two repeatable series, each tied to real proof or source material you already have.

  6. 06

A four to six page Decision Brief

Within two business days: the decision, the reasoning, what was rejected, the thirty-day plan, and the assumptions still outstanding.

How it works

Six steps, and noambiguity about the clock.

  1. 01

    Book and name the decision

The intake opens with one question: what is the one decision we need to have made by the end of the session?

  2. 02

    Complete the intake

Commercial context, competing offers, constraints that cannot change, and who owns the final call.

  3. 03

    I prepare

Forty-five to sixty minutes reviewing the public material and building the hypotheses we will test.

  4. 04

    We work for ninety minutes

Define the decision, map the real problem, choose the position, build the message order, translate it into content, agree the plan.

  5. 05

    You receive the Decision Brief

Four to six pages within two business days. Recorded on request, when everyone present consents.

  6. 06

    One clarification, within seven days

To clarify the agreed direction. Not to reopen it.

Whether this is for you

I would ratherturn the work down.

A service that fits everyone fits no one. These are the same criteria I use before accepting a booking, so you can apply them before paying rather than after.

This is for you if

  • A founder-led business facing a launch, pivot, visibility push or offer change.
  • An established expert with several offers who needs to choose what leads.
  • Anyone whose founder story and company story have drifted apart.
  • A situation where one person owns the final decision and can make it in the room.

This is not for you if

  • General interest in clarity with no decision actually pending — the session needs something to resolve.
  • A full rebrand, a copywriting project or ongoing social management.
  • A workshop for a large stakeholder group, or a decision several people must approve later.
  • Business coaching, life coaching, or anything expecting a guaranteed commercial result.
Not included

What this deliberately does not cover.

  • A complete marketing or business strategy.
  • Repositioning an entire company in one session.
  • Redesign, full copywriting or campaign production.
  • More than two attendees, or a multi-stakeholder approval process.
  • Any guarantee of sales, leads or growth.

FAQ

Before you book.

Is this only about social media?

No. Public content is part of the evidence, but the session connects positioning, message, offers and content. It is not a platform-tactics call.

Can my co-founder join?

Yes. The fee covers up to two participants. A broader team or a stakeholder process belongs in a sprint, not in ninety minutes.

What if we cannot agree in the session?

That is usually a sign the decision was framed too broadly. Part of my preparation is narrowing it to something ninety minutes can actually settle — and I will tell you before we book if I think it cannot be.

Will you write the copy?

I will develop key phrases, the message hierarchy and examples where useful. Full website, campaign or social copy is not included.

Can the call be recorded?

Yes, on request, when everyone present consents. The written Decision Brief is still the primary takeaway.

What should I bring?

One central decision, the relevant links, and honest context about the commercial priority. The intake will tell you what is useful.

What if the scope turns out to be bigger?

If it needs research, a complete founder narrative, a ninety-day system or team alignment, I will recommend a sprint. There is no obligation to continue.

How many do you run?

Four a month. Each one carries up to three hours of my time including preparation and the written brief, and that is the honest ceiling.
