See what yourpublic presenceis really saying.

A three-business-day asynchronous review for established experts and founder-led businesses. You receive a private video walkthrough and a four-page Decision Sheet showing what is unclear, what should lead, and what to change first.

If the trade-offs need to be worked through live rather than diagnosed, choose the Positioning & Content Intensive instead.

Built from both sides of the brief

Years creating online — building an audience, making work for brands, and turning what that taught me into campaigns, content systems and creative strategy.

These figures establish the experience behind the work. They are not results produced by an audit or an intensive, and I will not present them as though they were. Service-specific evidence follows the first completed engagements.

The problem this solves

You know the work is good.Online, the evidence is scattered.

You are too close to it to see where the signal breaks. That is not a failure of effort — it is what being inside something does to your view of it.

  1. 01

    Activity without a position

People can see that you are working. They cannot see what you are becoming known for, so nothing accumulates.

  2. 02

A profile that describes instead of persuades

It says what you do. It does not give an unfamiliar buyer a reason to choose you over the next credible person.

  3. 03

Posts that are useful but do not compound

Each one is defensible on its own. Together they do not build recognition, because they are not reinforcing one idea.

  4. 04

    Proof that is buried

The clients, results, stories and hard-won judgements that would settle the question are somewhere below the fold, or nowhere.

What changes

From assembling it yourselfto knowing what leads.

Before
  • Every post starts from scratch.
  • The message changes depending on the platform.
  • You are not sure what to keep, change or stop.
After
  • You know what a stranger currently understands, and where that breaks.
  • You have three ideas your content should repeatedly reinforce.
  • You have five specific angles to publish, and an order to fix things in.
What you receive

Everything that arrives, and what it looks like.

  1. 01

    A private video walkthrough

No more than twenty minutes, recorded after the analysis is finished. You see the evidence behind each judgement, not only the verdict.

  2. 02

    A four-page Decision Sheet

The written record: what I see, what should lead, what to talk about, and what to do next. Short enough to actually use.

  3. 03

    A recommended public position

The position that should lead, the audience it is for, the problem it addresses, and a plain-English explanation a buyer would recognise.

  4. 04

Three territories, three formats, five angles

Content you can repeat: three subjects that compound, three repeatable formats, and five starting angles grounded in your own experience.

  5. 05

    A four-week priority plan

Keep, change and stop decisions, ordered week by week — plus what to deliberately leave alone for now.

  6. 06

    One clarification email

Within seven days, to explain anything already delivered. It is a follow-up, not a second round.

How it works

Six steps, and noambiguity about the clock.

  1. 01

    Pay and complete the intake

Five to ten minutes. It asks what you sell, who matters most, and what you want to be known for.

  2. 02

    Send the links

One primary profile, one core public page, and up to twelve recent pieces of content.

  3. 03

I confirm the scope is complete

The three business days begin here — after payment, a complete intake and links I can actually reach.

  4. 04

    I review, then record

The Decision Sheet is finished before the walkthrough is recorded, so the video explains a decision rather than thinking out loud.

  5. 05

    You receive both files

Within three business days. Start with the Decision Sheet, then watch the walkthrough with it open.

  6. 06

    One clarification, within seven days

To explain the recommendation. Not to reopen it.

Whether this is for you

I would ratherturn the work down.

A service that fits everyone fits no one. These are the same criteria I use before accepting a booking, so you can apply them before paying rather than after.

This is for you if

  • An established consultant, specialist freelancer or subject-matter expert with a real offer.
  • A visible founder, or a founder-led service or ecommerce business.
  • Someone already publishing, or seriously trying to, around what they sell.
  • Someone who can implement recommendations without needing a production team.

This is not for you if

  • Someone starting a business from zero, where I would be inventing the expertise rather than clarifying it.
  • Anyone looking for ongoing social management or posts written and published for them.
  • Anyone who needs SEO, analytics or paid media advice.
  • Anyone expecting guaranteed followers, leads, customers or revenue.
Not included

What this deliberately does not cover.

  • A live call or a revision round.
  • Full copywriting, visual identity or complete brand strategy.
  • Business model, SEO, analytics or paid media advice.
  • Content production, posting, or review of additional channels.
  • Any guarantee of followers, leads, customers or revenue.

FAQ

Before you book.

What exactly do I send you?

One primary social profile or channel, one core public page or offer page, up to twelve recent pieces of content, and the context behind what you are trying to sell or become known for. The intake asks for all of it in order.

Is there a call?

No. The audit is built to give you a clear outside diagnosis without coordinating calendars. If the decision needs discussion rather than diagnosis, the intensive is the right service.

Will you rewrite my profile or website?

I will identify the message changes and give language direction and examples. Full copywriting is not included — the audit tells you what to say and why, not every word of it.

Which platform do you review?

LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or another relevant public platform. The audit covers one primary surface rather than every account you own, because a bounded review is more useful than a shallow sweep of five.

Can you guarantee results?

No. I can give you a sharper diagnosis, better decisions and a practical plan. I cannot guarantee reach, followers, leads or revenue, and I will not pretend otherwise.

What if the problem turns out to be bigger?

If the audit surfaces a decision that needs discussing, the intensive is the next step. If the whole system needs building, I will say so and recommend a sprint. Neither is an obligation.

When does the three days start?

After payment, a complete intake, and links I can actually open. Not at the moment of payment — a clock that starts before I can begin work is a clock that lies.

How many do you take on?

Six a month. That is a fulfilment limit, not a sales tactic: the review takes the time it takes, and I would rather turn work down than deliver it thinly.

If this is not the right size

Start with the smallest thingthat will solve the problem.

If the trade-offs need to be worked through live rather than diagnosed, choose the Positioning & Content Intensive instead.
