Conviction-Led Creators
People who feel called to publish but refuse to become fake to be seen. You have something real to carry — you need the clarity, taste, and craft to make it travel.
The916 Collective helps creators, builders, and communicators create stronger work, communicate with clarity, use AI wisely, and build influence without becoming what they hate online.
You wanted to create something meaningful. Instead you got the algorithm. You wanted to grow online. Instead you watched the creator economy turn into a performance contest.
You know you have something to say. You're just not sure how to say it without sounding like everyone else — or losing the version of yourself you actually want to be.
AI was supposed to help. For a lot of people, it just made the noise louder.
Most people are being taught how to get attention before they have been formed to steward it.
The tools to create became infinite. Somehow, the voices all became identical.
Influence is now available to almost anyone. The wisdom to carry it has not scaled at the same speed.
The Cut-Through
That is why the Collective is not just about learning how to post. It is about forming the kind of people who can carry attention without being reshaped by it.
The Collective is a formation and training space inside The916 for people who want to create, communicate, and build online without being shaped by the worst parts of the creator economy. It teaches the practical craft — content, storytelling, AI, personal brand, digital leverage — inside a culture of character, clarity, and stewardship.
The five pillars become visible in what members actually develop.
The Collective is built around five formation pillars — character, clarity, craft, tools, and opportunity — but the outcome is practical: you learn to think clearer, communicate better, create stronger work, use AI wisely, build trust, and turn influence into opportunity.
From vague ideas you can't explain→clear convictions you can actually communicate.
From scattered thoughts→messages that land, make sense, and move people.
From copying what works→developing your own taste, structure, and creative voice.
From letting AI do the thinking→using AI to refine your ideas, scripts, and systems.
From getting noticed→becoming someone people trust, remember, and want to work with.
From chasing views→using attention to create real opportunities without being owned by the numbers.
The916 is being built as a wider ecosystem for restoring virtue, building culture, and pointing hearts to Christ.
The Collective is the formation and training arm. It exists to help people develop the clarity, character, craft, tools, and opportunities required to create, communicate, and build with substance.
Some members may eventually contribute to The916 Media, Labs, Projects, or Network. But that is not the pitch. The Collective serves the member first — forming people who can carry wisdom, creativity, and conviction wherever God places them.
The environment where people are formed, trained, sharpened, and equipped.
You do not need a large audience, polished brand, or fully formed message to begin. You need seriousness, teachability, and a willingness to build with integrity.
People who feel called to publish but refuse to become fake to be seen. You have something real to carry — you need the clarity, taste, and craft to make it travel.
Founders, freelancers, ministry leaders, and communicators whose work depends on trust, clarity, and credibility. You may not want to become a creator — but your work still needs to be understood.
You refuse both retreat and imitation. You want to engage the digital age with wisdom, excellence, and conviction — not shallow tactics or copy-paste Christian branding.
Welcoming to the serious. Not built for shortcut-seekers, people who want AI to do their thinking, or those using Christian language as branding without conviction.
Creator courses, Christian spaces, AI programmes, business communities — the modern creator does not experience those needs separately.
The Collective integrates what most alternatives separate.
This page explains the environment. The founding cohort page will carry the full offer, pricing, and operational details — but the shape of the work is already clear: members learn, practise, refine, build, and gather.
Training drops, frameworks, and teaching that give language to what you are already carrying.
Prompts, exercises, and publishing rhythms that move ideas into visible work.
Feedback, critique, and sharpening loops that turn raw instinct into clearer communication.
AI workflows, content systems, and early tool access that support real momentum.
Community, live calls, and proximity to people pursuing the same formation.
↻ and the rhythm repeats — each pass deeper than the last.
The Creator Workbench is being developed as a practical expression of The916’s AI philosophy: not AI replacing thought, but AI helping refine it.
It takes the kind of messy raw conviction most people never publish and turns it into a clearer idea, sharper angle, stronger script, and more useful piece of content.
The messy instinct, burden, observation, or idea before it has language.
AI helps surface what is generic, what is interesting, and what question would sharpen the conviction.
The idea is clarified into a stronger angle with structure, weight, and usefulness.
The conviction becomes something filmable, speakable, and shaped for real communication.
The final piece is prepared for the feed without being reduced to feed-brained content.
I’m building this because I know what it feels like to carry something real but struggle to communicate it clearly. I know the pressure to perform, the temptation to copy what works, and the strange emptiness that comes when the algorithm starts shaping your instincts.
The Collective is being built from inside that tension — not as a detached course, but as a formation environment for people who want to create, build, and communicate without losing their soul to the system they are trying to use.
It is led by Ged Armstrong, a creator and strategist from Northern Ireland working at the intersection of faith, influence, content, AI, and culture. Ged has built audiences across Instagram and TikTok, worked in social and brand strategy contexts, created gospel and cultural content through street interviews and event-led storytelling, and is developing the Creator Workbench: an AI-assisted refinement system designed to turn raw thought into clearer communication.
Not above the tension. Not outside it. From inside the very pressure it seeks to help others navigate.
The Collective is openly shaped by Christian conviction. We are not hiding that, and we are not using it as a bait-and-switch.
The invitation is open to anyone serious about truth, excellence, wisdom, and meaningful work — but the standard is not neutral.
No religious performance required. The fruit of Christ-shaped wisdom is meant to be visible through the work itself.
The first version of The916 Collective is opening to a small group of founding members who want to develop clarity, communication, content craft, AI workflows, feedback rhythms, and the standards required to build online without becoming shaped by the worst parts of the creator economy.
This is not a recruitment funnel for The916’s other arms. It is a formation environment built to serve the member first — wherever they go, whatever they build, and whatever they are called to carry.
As the ecosystem grows, some opportunities may emerge through it. But those are fruits of formation, not the pitch.
The next page gives the practical details: what’s included, pricing, format, and next steps.
It's not for people looking for a shortcut to attention. It's for people who want to be formed, trained, and helped to multiply what is already in their hands.
We provide the environment, training, tools, feedback, community, and direction. We do not promise fame, virality, income, or recognition. The work belongs to the member.
If that sounds like the kind of place you've been looking for, you're probably the kind of person we built this for.
